Vi er snart klar med vores nyeste større opdatering af Sovino Brands App. I forbindelse med opdateringen vil der også ske en væsentlig ændring af Staffpay.

Staffpay vil pr. 10/6 ikke længere eksistere og alle konti vil blive lukket. I stedet introducerer vi ”Staff @” som er det nye medarbejder fordels program. Programmet fungerer ved at der udstedes en 30% rabat, men i stedet for at man trækkes over lønnen, vil man skulle betale på stedet med sit eget betalingskort.

For at få adgang til Staff @, skal man ansøge ligesom man har gjort med Staffpay. På siden hvor man tidligere har ansøgt vil der i en periode være 2 muligheder for at ansøge.

Ansøgninger for nye ansatte som ikke tidligere har haft Staffpay.

Ansøgninger for ansatte som har / har haft Staffpay.

Ansøgninger til det nye Staff @, vil åbne d. 5/6 og vil blive behandlet løbende. Fra at ansøgningen er sendt, til den er bekræftet, kan der gå op til 72 timer. Man ansøger via linket på sin lønseddel.

Bemærk at alle der har en Staffpay konto, ikke automatisk vil få en Staff @ konto og derved skal alle ansatte ansøge om en Staff @ konto.

Har du forbrug på din Staffpay Konto vil du fortsat blive trukket over lønnen, indtil alt udestående er afregnet.

Dear All,

We are soon ready with our latest major update of the Sovino Brands App. Along with the update, there will also be a significant change to Staffpay.

As of June 10th, Staffpay will no longer exist, and all accounts will be closed. Instead, we are introducing “Staff @” which is the new employee benefits program. The program works by issuing a 30% discount, but instead of being deducted from your salary, you will need to pay on the spot with your own payment card.

To access Staff @, you need to apply just as you did with Staffpay. On the page where you previously applied, there will be two options available for a period of time:

Applications for new employees who have not previously had Staffpay.

Applications for employees who have or have had Staffpay.

Applications for the new Staff @ will open on June 5th and will be processed on an ongoing basis. From the time the application is sent until it is confirmed, it may take up to 72 hours. Please apply using the link on your payslip.

Please note that all those who have a Staffpay account will not automatically receive a Staff @ account, and therefore all employees must apply for a Staff @ account.

If you have expenses on your Staffpay account, they will continue to be deducted from your salary until all outstanding amount are settled.
