While visiting

How do I use the App?
The app contains your staffpay account which you can use on all the Sovino Brands Restaurants*. – When you want to pay, simply show your Verification code to the staff, wait for the Swipe request, select your staffpay account, and swipe to accept the payment.

*Please notice – Staffpay is currently not active on Le Jardin & Lucifer, Friday & Saturday.

I lost my phone or my phone ran out of power?
If you lose your phone or your phone runs out of power before paying, you will have to pay otherwise without discount.

My payment got rejected upon visit?

If the payment got rejected upon your visit it could be due to the fact that the maximum spend pr. period has been reached. The maximum spend after discount pr. period is 10.000 DKK – If so, you would have to pay the full amount without discount on site.

When does the period reset? 

The period goes from the 21’st to the 20’th each month. – The balance will be reset on the 21’st. Should the 21’st be on a saturday or sunday, the balance will be reset the firstcoming workday.

I used more on my Staffpay account that I got paid this period.

If you spend more on your staffpay than what you got paid. The Sovino Administration will invoice you as soon as possible*. – Should you fail to pay the outstanding within ten days of notice, the discount will be removed. – Failure to comply could end in criminal complaint. – It is your own resposibility to ensure that your paycheck can cover any outstanding bills.

*Please notice. Sovino Administration is allowed to invoice you, up to three years after end employment.

 

While Working:

Taking the Payment

Upon receiving a Staffpay payment, please present the psysical bill to the employee, in order for them to verify that the bill is correct. – When the employee is ready to pay, simply get their 4-digit verification code and enter the code in the POS system. Await the swipe request from the employee. – When the payment has been vaidated, the check closes automatically.

Be aware that the Sovino Brands App contains many form of payments that all use the verification code as a registration. – Other payments such as Giftcard, Sovino Relations, Associates and Vouchers can be reedemed using the Sovino Brands App. Please ask your colleagues if you have doubts regarding the Sovino Brands App payments.

The payment got rejected on the POS:

If you are certain that the payment is a Staff memeber, the periodic limit has been reached and the employee will have to pay the full amount another way.
