In order to ensure a safe guest experience and work environment, Sovino Brands has taken a series of initiatives to comply with the authority’s guidelines during Covid-19.


After a long time being closed, Sovino Brands and all of our restaurants have looked forward to re-open and once again greet our guests. For the same reason it is important for us to ensure that all guidelines made by the authorities are carefully followed to create a safe space for our guests. We have furthermore taken additional measures in order to take a greater responsibility for our community.

As a guest at any of our Sovino Brands restaurants you will experience educated and responsible staff who act according to guidelines and restrictions during this time.



  • All restaurants provide easy access to hand wash and hand sanitizer for both guests and staff.

  • Sovino Brands has implemented guest registry upon arrival at all restaurants. This is to ensure efficient contact tracing. This happens in corporation with the authorities. The registration is made by scanning a QR code. Data is not used for marketing purposes and is deleted after 30 days. This initiative is due to a significant responsibility we as a group in an industry based on people getting together take.

  • All restrictions on distance between individual groups and guests are complied with. This also includes the requested area per guest.

  • We assist and guide our guests to keep a safe distance to other guests, especially at entryways, restrooms and around the bars.

  • Menus are accessible via QR codes at all restaurants.

  • Face masks are available upon request at all restaurants. Please ask the staff.

  • Authorities restrict a maximum of 15 minutes of direct contact between staff and guests. We do our utmost to still give a personal and present service. This restriction also includes bar areas, where we for the time being do not allow guests to eat and drink.

  • Hygiene in our kitchens is and always has been a top priority. In spite of this, we have taken additional measures including face masks and face shields for staff working primarily in the kitchens.



We strive to continue creating memorable experiences for our guests when visiting any of our Sovino Brands establishments. Taking this serious pandemic into account, we are extra aware of safety for both guests and our staff. Should you have any questions regarding our handling of Covid-19, please let us know.


Even though Sovino Brands have and take great responsibility for our actions as restaurants, it is a joint effort with our guests. We therefore kindly ask all guests to take any suspicion of Covid- symptoms seriously and stay home if any doubt.

For at skabe en tryg gæsteoplevelse og en sikker arbejdsplads har vi hos Sovino Brands taget en række forholdsregler under Covid-19.


Vores mange restauranter har efter en periode med lukkede døre set frem til endnu engang at tage imod gæster. Derfor er det også vigtigt for os at skabe et restaurantmiljø, hvor alle myndigheders retningslinjer er fuldt samt yderligere tiltag vi som koncern har gjort.


Som gæst på Sovino Brands’ Restauranter vil du opleve medarbejdere, der er oplyste og som agerer forsvarligt og i henhold til retningslinjerne.



  • På alle restauranter er der let adgang til håndvask og håndsprit for både gæster og medarbejdere.

  • Sovino Brands har implementeret gæsteregistrering ved ankomst for at sikre effektiv smitteopsporing. Det sker i samarbejde med myndighederne. Denne registrering foretages via scanning af QR koder. Data benyttes ikke til markedsføring og slettes efter 30 dage. Initiativet skyldes at vi som koncern ønsker at tage et større samfundsansvar som del af en branche, hvor mange mennesker samles.

  • Der er taget højde for at den foreskrevne afstand mellem selskaber holdes.

  • Restauranterne er indrettet med hensyn til de krævede kvadratmeter per gæst.

  • Vi henstiller til og hjælper vores gæster med at holde afstand til hinanden, særligt ved indgangspartier, toiletter og i barområder.

  • Menuer er tilgængelige via QR koder på alle restauranter.

  • Der findes mundbind på alle restauranter. Disse kan rekvireres hos vores personale.

  • Myndighederne tillader for personale at der maksimalt er 15 min. direkte kontakt pr. gæst/bord, derfor gør vi vores bedste for at stadig give en personlig og nærværende oplevelse hos os. Reglen gælder ligeledes i vores barområder, hvorfor vi ikke tillader gæster i baren, som spiser/drikker.

  • Hygiejnen i vores køkkener er som før Covid-19 i top. Alligevel har vi indført en række yderligere initiativer såsom mundbind og visir for personale, der i det primære arbejder i køkkenet.


Vi efterstræber fortsat at skabe gode gæsteoplevelser, men har i disse tider sat et ekstra fokus på tryghed. Skulle du/I have spørgsmål til vores håndtering af Covid-19 må i endelig tage kontakt. Selvom vi som koncern tager ansvar og gør vores til at skabe et sikkert og ansvarsfuldt restaurantmiljø er det en fælles opgave, hvorfor vi ligeledes henstiller vores gæster til at tage enhver mistanke om symptomer alvorligt, og blive hjemme.
